Oh Venice! What a surprise!

I feel so glad about having been in such a fascinating place! I always imagined Venice as a liitle city surrounded by sea and had some rivers in it. So you could not understand how much I got surprised when I finally saw it. It is a city consisting of 118 islands! And its first settlement dates back to 827. After long years with Romans, Napeleon conquered it in 1797. It is a monumental place of Renaissance and full of historical statutes, monuments, and of arts and theatre. As it is an island city, you cannot drive your car nor ride your motorbike or bicycle because every street is connected to each other with lovely unique bridges and these bridges are with stairs only for pedestrians. As every island is so similiar to each other, you definitely get lost there but you feel really happy about it. While walking around, you will recognize some large wooden tables on the streets and you will wonder why and who put them there. My dear friend explained it for me čÖé As it is in the middle of the sea, the water rises a couple of times every year, leaving the city under it so people quickly put these tables on and walk over them. This seems a primitive solution but the government has new projects to solve it but as you might guess, it will cost a lot.
The symbol of Venice is lion so on each island you will come across with lion sculptures among many other museums, theatre halls, and churches. Also, if you do not afford gondola as it costs more than 40ÔéČ for a very shirt time, do not worry as they are ferries which cost 7ÔéČ and help you reach at the other islands by enjoying the same view. I went there in December, but I should also see it on a sunny spring day. I can’t wait visiting it again!

Su i├žinde kalan binalar haliyle alt k─▒s─▒mlar─▒ yosunlu, nemden ├ž├╝r├╝m├╝┼č durumdalar ama bu ┼čehrin g├╝zelli─činin nazar boncu─ču diyelim. Her adadaki tiyato binalar─▒, m├╝zeler, kiliseler birbirinden ihti┼čaml─▒. Ayn─▒ manzara, ayn─▒ yol olunca i├žiniz rahat turlayabiliyorsunuz adalar─▒. Haz─▒r orda can─▒m ailem varken g┼čderim ben yine tabi;)
